Vintage Lionel Marx O Scale Train Steam Lot of 5 Various Locomotives Parts or Fix. Tried bench testing all 5 but got no power through any of them.

I'm not an expert so I don't know everything they need. I see some need lights, one needs a rail piece and I'm sure the list goes on.
