THE LIONEL VAULT - 28069- CENTURY CLUB NEW YORK CENTRAL SCALE NIAGARA STEAM LOCO. Condition is Used only due to age. It has been tested and runs beautifully but it does have some flaked finish on the painted sides of some of the drive wheels on the locomotive. This was a manufacturers defect that effected many of these beautiful pieces. It only adds to its realism in my opinion.
