M TH HO Scale #E21 Milwaukee Road Little Joe Electric Engine Proto Sound 3.0. The only ones I found online that had the E21 engine # on it were item # 80-2406-1 & 80-2038-1, but not certain which this is.

It has been analog tested on the track and panto tested as well. Do not have the means to do DCC functions. Cover for Panto & Volume control appears to have had paint touched up on corner, see last picture were my finger points to the spot. Appears to have never been used but listing as used. Looks like it may have been displayed by a collector and never used.

The display case is included. No box or manual is included. Approx measurments 12 1/2 long x 1 5/16 wide. Height is 2 1/4 inches (with Panto down).
