Lionel Norfolk Southern Dash 8 40-C Diesel Engine. This set is new with the manual in the box. I tested this unit and it would not go. You will notice some wheel wear because I tried to push the unit on the track to get it to go. Sometimes that works and it then goes nicely.

The oil is gummed up from sitting so long. I hear the engine working, so the unit will need a good cleaning and fresh oil and it will work fine.

I didn't want to push too much and damage the gears or engine. This is a large diesel engine. The box has a little shelf wear. Let me know if you have any questions.
