Comes with factory installed NCE DCC decoder that is set to default #3. An Amtrak fan like myself then you will appreciate this GP unit that is extremely rare. Amtrak would use this when they needed the extra power for longer passenger cars with Auto-Racks. Lots of fantastic detail's on this Athearn engine. Brand new in box and only removed from box to take pictures, and test it out to make sure all is in great working order.

Runs like new because it is new. Lubed and ready to be put on your layout. Pictures are taken on my personal home layout to show that im not a dealer (just another train fanatic like yourself) and I assure you that your getting a good product because I TEST THEM for you. Box is included and will be packaged well.
