The overall condition is very good. The wheels are made in 2 parts, the centers are cast and the outside a steel tire rim. One tire rim is missing.

A second tire rim is shown in the photo showing what the missing one looks like. The black paint has some chipping and some of the coal load has come off. There is no original box.
