HO Scale Brass West Side Model Co Virginia & Truckee #26 4-6-0 Steam Locomotive
Up for sale is a nicely painted brass steam locomotive. It is not numbered or lettered for the V&T.
Paint job is in pretty good shape but not perfect. Shows some small spots along edge of cab roof where paint is worn through to the brass. From the factory, this model has a large motor that protrudes slightly from the rear of the cab. Original box and foam are in decent shape but show some shelf wear.
(See addition to description below). I do not see any broken or missing parts.Runs in forward and reverse on my straight test track. Please look carefully at the photos as they are part of the description.
The locomotive that you see in the pictures is what you will receive. It was pointed out to me that there is some wear on the driving wheels and that the rear axle of the pilot truck has solid wheel centers, not spoked like the front axle.
